Text Formatter is an independent project, and messages from the people who use it are how it improves. Whether you've hit a bug, have an idea for a new tool, or just have a question, we read and answer every email.

Reporting a Bug
Bug reports help every user after you. To help us reproduce and fix the issue quickly, please include:
- Which tool you were using (e.g., the main formatter, the LinkedIn font generator, the JSON formatter).
- What you did and what happened instead of what you expected.
- Your browser and device — for example, "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone".
- A sample of the input text, if the problem depends on it (never include passwords or private data).
Suggesting a Tool or Improvement
Several of the tools on this site exist because someone asked for them. If there's a text operation you keep doing by hand, or a platform whose formatting quirks we should cover, tell us — put "Idea" in the subject line so it lands in the right queue.
Corrections
Our platform guides (character limits, markdown syntax, where Unicode styles work) are checked against the live platforms, but platforms change. If you spot something outdated on any page, we treat correction reports with the same priority as bugs.
Privacy & Legal
Questions about data are usually answered by our Privacy Policy — the short version is that your text never leaves your browser. For anything it doesn't cover, or for matters relating to our Terms of Service, use the same email address with "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject.
